Merchants interested in placing their business cards in hotels, restaurants, spas and car washes around the Coachella Valley can now do so for about $10 a month.

Robert Questa with Community-Expo.com presented the Business Improvement District with the opportunity to participate in the business card placement program.

There will be about 300 enclosed racks for cards to be placed around the valley, sales director and BID board member G.P. Gerber said.

Questa said it's a more organized, safe way of posting business cards than the cork boards seen in some stores and restaurants. He said it's an inexpensive way of advertising.
